The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and spacious. The rooftop was amazing - a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location was excellent with a beautiful street, a park, and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The hotel offers spacious and comfortable apartments with fully equipped kitchens, making it perfect for light sleepers who prefer to cook their own meals. The rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served, has a fantastic view of the city and is a great spot to watch the sunset. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The service was beyond perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to help us, even getting medicines for my sick mom in the middle of the night. The location in the amazing neighborhood of Roma was perfect, with attractions and subway lines within walking distance. The rooftop pool was super relaxing, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast served there each morning. The concierge team was always accommodating and made our stay even better.

The staff, who spoke good English, were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel's restaurant on the ground floor was a great option for late-night dinners, and the rooftop terrace offered stunning sunset views. my expectations were exceeded in every way.
